In the early January 2006, we imported from Japan a new auto-assembling machine for needles of syringe, in order to improve the work efficiency in syringe mass-producing. As expected, when it works, it shows high efficiency; six times that of manual assembly, greatly saving the cost and space of production. Besides, products of various specifications are formed in the same machine merely through exchange of molds. Basing on this, we are capable of mass and quickly producing qualified syringes. Now we highly raise the efficiency of producing long and short bevel disposable needles, normal wall, thin wall, and extra-thin wall available.
